Pickleball: Adult Spring Program - Pickleball Adult Spring Program: 4:30-6pm with Kim on Thursdays: 6 classes Do you want to learn the game of Pickleball.....Or do you already know how to play and looking for a place to play this fun game with your your friends and also meet new people? Join us for these 5 or 6 week spring programs that are being offered on Monday or Thursday evenings at Salmon Brook Park on the tennis courts (also lined for pickleball)! All abilities are welcome! Equipment will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own racquet. Please wear sneakers and bring your own water bottle. Nancy Geaglone, GMHS PE Instructor is running the Monday program & Kim Chamberlain, Enfield Elementary School PE Instructor is running the Thursday program. They will be teaching the game/rules to any interested beginners and will set up tourneys for the experienced players. This lifelong activity is gaining a lot of popularity and fun for all ages! Due to the overwhelming response for more classes, we are now adding at Tuesday night class with instructor Eric McPheat.*The 4-5:30pm Monday Program w/Gigs is only 5 classes b/c No class May 13th

Soccer Shots: The Soccer Shots Premier- Let's Just "Play"gound Soccer - Soccer Shots: The Soccer Shots Premier- Let's Just "Play"ground Soccer In partnership with the Granby Recreation and Parks Department, Soccer Shots is excited to introduce the Let's Just "Play"ground Soccer program. Let's Just "Play"ground will provide the combination of fun unique, high-level soccer experience through games, drills, and scrimmages to prepare them for weekend game day. Led by seasoned Soccer Shots staff, there will be one practice (Thursdays) during the week and the weekend (Saturdays) will be "Playground Game" day where the participants will be divided into small-sided teams and just play soccer. In addition to goals, players will be able to score in such ways as: executing new skills and moves, connecting consecutive passes or showing leadership examples. Just like the playground, each week they could have different teammates! Players will be encouraged to be creative, apply new skills, while letting the "game be the teacher." All participants will received progress updates, Soccer Shots shirt and season prize. Basketball- Winter Adult Rec Program - Basketball- Winter Adult Rec Program This program is held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Community Gym at Granby High School. Pick-up games for 2 hours for those ages 18 and up from 7-9 pm.Granby Residents have two options to pay: $75 (which only comes out to under $3.00 per night!) for the entire session (includes both nights) or pay a $5 drop-in fee per night.Non-Resident drop-in fee will be $10 per night.IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Drop-in fees are cash only. Drivers license needs to be shown at check in. Program runs from 1/9/23-4/18/23 For those who choose drop-in registration only - please check the Granby Recreation website Monday and Thursday afternoons after 3 pm for updates or cancellations. Dates cancelled due to inclement weather not guaranteed a make up. Some dates location may be different. *No Basketball on the following dates: 2/20, 4/9, 4/11**BASKETBALL WILL BE HELD AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: 1/11, 2/1, 2/8, 3/7, 3/28
