After School Tuesdays Rock Wall Program With Mr. Migneault @ Wells Road School (Grades 3-5)

The essential skills, techniques, and important safety information will be taught during this 8 week (1 hour each day) program. Students will learn various ways to climb a rock wall while improving their muscular strength, endurance and balance. Through our daily activities students will have many challenges including  timed activities, use of different paths and climbing while using a blindfold. All of these challenges and skills will be presented in a fun and positive environment. 

Please wear athletic wear, sneakers and have a water bottle. 
*No class 10/12 & 11/2
