Holcomb Farm Holiday Marketplace Event

Are you a Crafter or a Local Home Business looking for an opportunity to showcase and sell your items?  This is the perfect event for you!   

Local Crafters/vendors are invited to sign up and join us for our annual Holiday Marketplace Event.  This event will give shoppers a place to purchase beautiful, one-of-a kind, handmade treasures for gift giving (or keeping for themselves :) ). 

Saturday, December 2, 2023
Hours of the Market: 10am - 4pm (Vendors can begin to set up at 8am the morning of the event)  

There will also be an opportunity to set up on Friday afternoon/early evening.

This event will be held at Holcomb Farm in the beautiful North Barn Pavilion, the newly refurbished Main Barn, as well as our Workshop space! We have added additional Vendor spaces because the event is getting larger each year.  On site will be Coffeeology (a mobile coffee truck), as well as either a food truck or another food option.

We are expanding the event again this year to include spaces in the North Barn Pavilion, Main Barn, & Workshop.  With those options comes different pricing options as well:

~~North Barn Pavilion = $75/vendor space (chairs available and a table can be rented for $10)

~~Main Barn = $55/vendor space (must supply own table/chair)

~~Main Barn Entry = $40/vendor space (must supply own table/chair)

~~Main Barn/North Barn Connector (will be heated) = $40/vendor space (must supply own table/chair)

~~Workshop = $40/vendor space (chairs available and a table can be rented for $10)


Granby Recreation Dept. reserves the right to limit the number of distributors of the same brand/item (i.e. Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING ALL REQUIRED STATE CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES (IF APPLICABLE) FOR THE ITEMS THEY ARE SELLING.
