Have you always wanted to try Tai Chi or have you been meaning to brush-up on your Tai Chi skills?  Then this class is "just what the doctor ordered."  Today, more and more physicians (including Dr. Oz) are recommending Tai Chi to their patients because of its numerous health benefits.  Slow, easy-to-learn movements combined with concentration and breathing result in increased flexibility, better balance, and an enhanced immune system.  Come join us for Tai Chi 1, 2, 3 and you will be reaping the rewards of good health before (well, before you can count to 3).  Participants should wear comfortable clothing, flat-bottomed shoes or sneakers, and be able to stand unassisted for one hour.
